Ashley DeGrush

Ashley is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 16 years of  experience in healthcare. She received her BS in Exercise Science from Kansas State University, a Bachelors of Nursing from the University of Kansas, and her Masters in Nursing from the University of Colorado Anschutz. She received her laser training at the Clear Skin Institute in Phoenix with aesthetics industry expert Larry Helwig. She also has advanced training in functional nutrition, bioidentical hormones, thyroid optimization, anti-aging and longevity medicine. 

Here at Renu, Ashley is a laser specialist and also provides wellness care. Ashley is not your average NP. She has been in medicine long enough to know that people deserve more than just a 'one size fits all' approach to symptom and disease management. Ashley is dedicated to helping you achieve lasting results by addressing the root causes of metabolic dysfunction and providing personalized, compassionate care. She believes that true wellness goes beyond simply managing symptoms. Her comprehensive approach integrates traditional medicine with holistic practices, focusing on nutrition, lifestyle, stress management, hormone optimization, and preventive care. By taking the time to understand each client’s unique goals, she creates personalized care plans that promote long-term health and vitality.

When she's not working, Ashley is busy raising her two young children with her husband, Dan. They enjoy traveling, trying new restaurants, simple movie nights at home, skiing, and watching their kiddos grow and discover the world.
